Nowadays, the exclusion zone is:

  • A unique restricted area that has been isolated for a long time, has limited accessibility, and was affected by the largest man-made disaster in the history of mankind.
  • A region with anthropogenic and natural parameters found nowhere in the world.
  • The centre of the accumulated experience of 30 years of scientific and applied research. A platform for the introduction of innovative technologies, which affect the future of Chernobyl Exclusion Zone (the Zone), as well as population, environment, the state, the global community protection.
